Introducing ILUMIN Education's New Educational Consultant: Heather Vaughan!

Heather is a passionate educator who brings over a decade of teaching, tutoring, and mentoring experience to ILUMIN. She graduated cum laude from UCLA with a B.A. in Chicana/o Studies and Education, and went on to serve as a Fulbright grantee in Tabasco, Mexico. In addition to her years of serving as a language instructor in English, Spanish, and French, Heather has extensive experience coaching students through the college essay process.
Heather believes in a holistic, whole-person approach to education, and aims to empower students and their families to embrace the college admissions process as one of discovery and growth.
