JOIN THE 2020 ILUMIN CASE COMPETITION

We realize that this year has been different. Cancelled summer courses and programs have thrown a wrench into student plans; at the same time, alternative online courses can only do so much. At ILUMIN Education, we want to help provide all students with new learning experiences over the summer while not breaking the bank.
This is why we are launching our inaugural 2020 ILUMIN Case Competition!
If you don’t know what a case competition is, it is a staple of the college experience. Students join together to form teams in order to solve a business problem in a hack-a-thon format. Typically, these competitions run only a few days and end with presentations and prizes for competing students.
Our case competition will take place virtually from July 25, 2020 to August 1, 2020. Any high school student may join. The competition is free, but sign up quickly as there are a limited number of spots. For more information, check out our FAQ.
We hope that this can be a way for students to get introduced to business development strategies. No experience is needed for the case competition, and we will hold lots of office hours throughout the week for students to receive guidance. On the last day, students will present to a panel of judges. We’re happy to announce that we’ll have representatives from Berkeley SkyDeck, Stanford University, and Santa Clara University, among others rating student presentations. Top finishers will receive prizes!
