Sandra brings a rare combination of healthcare expertise, educational leadership, and business strategy to her role as Asia-Pacific Director at ILUMIN Education. Sandra's 20-year career as a Registered Nurse laid a strong foundation in service and discipline, yet it was her enduring passion for education and community engagement that ultimately led her to oversee a network of over 100 Chinese schools across the greater San Francisco Bay Area.
Sandra served as Principal of the Palo Alto Chinese School (PACS) from 2017-2018, overseeing the administrative and academic operations of one of the Bay Area's largest Chinese-language institutions. She then went on to serve as President of the Association of Northern California Chinese Schools (ANCCS) from 2018-2019, where she led a network of over 100 Chinese schools, supervising curriculum standards and spearheading cultural programming for the broader Chinese-American community.
At ILUMIN, Sandra leverages her blend of community trust, regional expertise, and strategic vision to help families across the Asia-Pacific navigate the path to college admissions.
