Erik Ellefsen has been an educator for nearly 30 years and currently serves as Director of Networks and Improvement at Baylor University's Center for School Leadership. Early in his career, he coached at Wheaton College (IL) and Westmont College (CA), worked for the San Francisco Giants as an Associate Scout, and served with the Chicago White Sox in the development of their Youth Academy. Before joining Baylor University, Erik served as an Academic and College Counselor at Valley Christian High School in San Jose, CA, where he developed expertise in college athletic recruitment, helping more than 500 student-athletes pursue collegiate, professional, and Olympic opportunities.
