Andrea is an experienced professional tutor who builds strong rapport with her students, focusing on empowering them to gain the skills and habits they need to be successful throughout their pursuit of their academic goals. Andrea attended Scripps College for her Bachelor’s degree in English and a minor in Psychology. She taught test prep and tutored AP humanities and social science students in Orange County for six years, then completed the Master of Arts Program in the Social Sciences at the University of Chicago.

Andrea is a one-stop shop for many math and science classes as well as all high school humanities and social sciences courses. She has tutored hundreds of students in SAT and ACT prep and AP exam prep, crafting lesson plans that cater to each student’s specific learning style and academic goals.
